Virtual Event Technician (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Manage the technical delivery of our virtual events across all major video conferencing platforms
✔ Run our online quiz software and liasie with event hosts to deliver incredible experiences for our clients
✔ Interact with clients and problem-solve issues as and when they arise
Event Specialist & Administrator (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Manage events from post-sale to completion, coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
✔ Provide an outstanding level of timely customer service to our clients
✔ Manage event logistics such as sending out event links on time, coordinating deliveries to clients and more
Virtual Event Host (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Host a range of virtual events, including Game Shows, Quizzes, Murder Mysteries, and Escape Rooms
✔ Perform in character across various immersive experience types
✔ Represent Avva with confidence and charisma, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
In-Person Event Host (UK)
✔ Host and deliver in-person team building experiences at client offices and venues across the UK
✔ Lead a variety of interactive experiences, including Game Shows, Quizzes, Murder Mysteries, and immersive Escape Room–style activities.
✔ Must be London based and hold a UK Driving License
