Virtual games and challenges are online activities that keep remote and hybrid teams connected and engaged. These experiences have been specially designed to improve communication, collaboration and teamwork, whilst having a fun immersive experience. They take place via a video conferencing platform such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex or Google Meets.
Virtual games and challenges come in many different forms including Virtual Game Shows, Virtual Quizzes, Virtual Murder Mysteries, Virtual Escape Rooms and Virtual Bingo.
We offer a wide range of amazing virtual games and challenges that are suitable for groups sizes 4-1,000+, meaning you can find the perfect activity for your next virtual event.
To book a virtual game or challenge, we first recommend reviewing our options via our website. You can then send an enquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point, if you know the number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
For many of our virtual games and challenges we only need to know the approximate number of attendees for your event.
A. Yes! Many of our virtual experiences have been designed for international groups with inclusive content suitable for global attendees. Nearly all of our virtual games and challenges do not require delivery of kits.
A. Virtual games and challenges are one of our most affordable categories. The price of virtual experiences often vary according to your group size. For example a smaller group should expect to pay more per person, whilst a larger group will often pay less per person. Typically you can expect to pay between £10-£40pp depending on the size of your group.
A. Many of our virtual games and challenges can be run if part of your team is in the office and part of your team is remote. We can advise the best set up for your event as well as the best experience when you inquire.
A. To guarantee a certain date or time, we always recommend booking your virtual event as soon as you’re able to. Our minimum booking lead times, for a virtual experience that doesn’t require delivery is usually 1-week. For a virtual experience that does require delivery of kits, we recommend allowing at least 3-weeks. (We do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case).
