Virtual experiences are a great way to reduce cost and climate impact

There are a number of benefits to running virtual Christmas parties aside from the great range of experiences. Notably, industry studies have estimated that equivalent virtual events can save businesses up to 70% on event costs. And whilst delivering great experiences whilst conserving company cash is important an increasingly powerful driver is the carbon savings, a University of Michigan study estimated these savings to be approximately 90% per event.

Despite this only half of respondents saw virtual experiences as a good way to minimise their climate impact and none saw it as a priority when it came to Christmas & Holiday Party planning.
