Just click the ‘inquire now’ button on the experience you’d like to book and complete the form or hit one of the ‘get in touch’ buttons, pop us an email or give us a call. We’ll reply within a few hours to confirm all the details of your inquiry and to discuss any special requirements. You can view more about our booking process on our ‘How It Works page.

Our minimum booking lead time depends on the format of experience you’d like to book. 

Virtual Experiences:

– Virtual experiences with no delivery = 2 days

– Virtual experiences nationwide delivery only (UK & US) = 2 weeks

– Virtual experiences  with international delivery = 3 weeks

We request a 1-week booking lead time on our in-person experiences.

Payment on all our invoices can be made via card or bank transfer

A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.

Our hosting fees cover the cost of technical support during your event.

You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability. An admin fee may apply for date changes.

Virtual experiences are designed for fully remote or distributed groups, attendees will take part individually via their own smart devices or via conferencing technology in an office. All of our experiences are private so if you book an experience it will only be your group who’re attending. Learn more about virtual experiences here

We usually host our experiences on Zoom, however most of our experiences can also be run on other platforms such as Teams, Hangouts, Webex, Teams, On24, Hopin.

All of our experiences are run and hosted live by real people, unless clearly stated.

When sending over an enquiry please let us know where your guests are based and we can advise on all options available.
