Hosted live by a professional quiz master, this immersive team building trivia experience combines classic trivia with interactive games, music rounds, visual challenges, and live score updates to create a highly engaging corporate event.

Perfect for team building events, conferences, company celebrations, and after-dinner entertainment, this experience is designed to get guests interacting, laughing, and working together throughout.

Guests can compete in teams of 3–12 people or choose a head-to-head format depending on the style of event. Throughout the experience, teams will answer questions, solve themed challenges, and compete to reach the top of the live leaderboard.

Quiz rounds include:

• 🎤 The General Knowledge Round – Warm up with a fast-paced mix of classic trivia questions.
• 🎵 The Music Round – Guess the songs, artists, and iconic tunes in this high-energy audio challenge.
• 📚 The Back To School Round – Can your team answer questions designed for school children?
• 🪙 The True Heads & False Tails Round – A unique bonus round inspired by the classic heads-or-tails game.
• 🕵️ The Who’s Who Round – Identify famous faces in this fast-paced picture challenge.
• 🌿 The Back To Nature Round – Animals make some unusual sounds… can your team identify them correctly?

As well as the standard rounds, bespoke quiz content can also be created around your company, industry, or event theme for a more personalised experience.

To create a fully immersive atmosphere, quiz questions, graphics, and multimedia content are displayed on an HD projector, with music and sound effects delivered through our professional AV system.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests are welcomed by your live quiz master, who will introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> Teams are formed, or guests can compete in a head-to-head format if preferred.
–> The quiz begins as teams compete across six interactive trivia rounds.
–> Live score updates are provided throughout the experience.
–> Teams continue competing through a variety of themed and multimedia quiz challenges.
–> Final scores are revealed and the winning team is announced.

• Q: How long is the quiz experience? A: The quiz is 90 minutes as standard, but can be adapted to run from 30–120 minutes depending on your requirements.
• Q: Is this team building trivia quiz suitable for all audiences? A: Yes, all quiz content is light-hearted, inclusive, and designed to be engaging for a wide range of audiences.
• Q: Can we customise the quiz for our company or event? A: Yes, bespoke quiz rounds or fully customised quizzes can be created around your company, industry, or event theme.
• Q: What is included in your experience? A: Your experience includes a professional quiz host, event technicians (depending on group size), full AV setup, HD projector, portable quiz studio, all quiz content and props, set up and breakdown, and full event support.
• Q: What is not included in your experience? A: Venue, furniture, and staging (if required) are not included as standard, but we’re happy to advise based on your event.
• Q: What are the venue requirements? A: Your venue will need access to power, Wi-Fi, and a layout where all attendees have a clear view of the quiz host and projector screen.
• Q: How do attendees answer questions? A: We use an online answer portal which attendees can access via QR code and play through their phones, with no downloads required. This allows live scoring and leaderboard updates throughout the experience. If preferred, we can also run the event old school with paper and pens.
• Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup typically takes between 30–60 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the event.
• Q: How long does breakdown take? A: Breakdown usually takes between 30–60 minutes following the event.
• Q: Can this quiz run during dinner? A: Yes, this experience can be seamlessly delivered alongside a meal, with quiz rounds split between courses to maintain flow and engagement

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
