Get ready for a hands-on, laugh-out-loud team building experience with The Pottery Pictionary Team Building Throw Down.

Hosted live by an energetic facilitator, this interactive experience combines creativity, communication, teamwork, and friendly competition in a unique sculpting challenge designed specifically for corporate groups.

The experience begins with “Sculpt & Tell,” a fun icebreaker where each guest uses colourful polymer clay to sculpt their dream childhood job before sharing it with the group. It’s a relaxed and entertaining way to spark conversation and get everyone engaged from the start.

After the warm-up round, guests are split into teams of 3–8 people, either pre-arranged or randomly assigned. Teams then compete across three exciting rounds of Pottery Pictionary, where they must sculpt mystery objects out of clay while other teams attempt to guess what has been created.

Points are awarded both for correct guesses and for sculptures that are successfully identified, meaning creativity, teamwork, and communication are all key to climbing the leaderboard.

This in-person team building experience is ideal for office parties, conferences, client entertainment, and company socials. Suitable for groups both large and small, the experience is designed to create memorable moments while encouraging collaboration and creativity.

All materials are included, including colourful polymer clay kits. As polymer clay is used instead of traditional pottery clay, this is a completely mess-free experience that works perfectly in offices and indoor venues.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests are welcomed by your high-energy lead host and assistant host, who introduce the experience and explain the format.
–> The event begins with the “Sculpt & Tell” individual icebreaker challenge.
–> Guests are then split into teams of 3–8 people, either pre-selected or randomly assigned.
–> Teams compete across three rounds of Pottery Pictionary, each featuring a different sculpting theme.
–> Points are awarded throughout the experience for successful sculptures and correct guesses.
–> Final scores are revealed and the winning team is announced.
