Get ready for a creative and laughter-filled Paint Your Colleague Team Building Workshop designed to bring teams together through fun, creativity, and shared experiences.

In this interactive painting workshop, guests are paired up or assigned a colleague to paint while being guided step-by-step by a professional artist. The results are often wonderfully questionable, always entertaining, and guaranteed to create plenty of laughs throughout the session.

Delivered directly to your office, conference venue, or chosen location anywhere in the UK, this fully mobile experience includes complete set-up and pack-down handled by our team.

Hosted live by a professional artist, the workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all abilities, with no previous artistic experience required. Guests are guided through simple portrait techniques including sketching facial features, proportions, colour, and painting basics in a relaxed and supportive environment.

As the session progresses, guests enjoy music, conversation, creativity, and plenty of team interaction while the artist circulates throughout offering support, encouragement, and humorous commentary where needed.

The experience is ideal for corporate team building events, company away days, conferences, networking events, office socials, and creative ice-breaker activities.

The workshop concludes with an optional “big reveal” moment where guests share their portraits with the group, followed by celebratory photos and plenty of laughs. Every participant takes home their finished stretched canvas portrait as a memorable keepsake from the experience.
