Dell is a U.S. based technology company headquartered in the U.S., but with employees all over the world. They approached us as they wanted to book a virtual event with a department of 1,000+.
- After discussing their brief, Dell booked our Virtual Mini Game Extravaganza experience.
- This interactive experience was selected as it was suitable for groups 1,000+, could be customized to their 45 min time slot and had content appropriate for its global team.
- This experience was highly received by their team and Dell have booked a number of virtual experiences with us.
Alcon celebrates a new product launch with a custom virtual cocktail masterclass
Alcon is one of the world’s leading medical companies specializing in eye care products. To celebrate the launch of their new DAILIES TOTAL 1 contact lenses, they sent in an inquiry for a virtual cocktail making event.
- A custom online event for 50 people was arranged for the team.
- Including custom cocktail sets with Alcon branding delivered to attendees all over U.S & Europe.
- The 3 cocktails made during the event were also renamed as a fun nod to some of the key aspects of the new products.
- The format of the event was also adapted to allow Alcon to hold an online ‘awards ceremony’ during the session.
- The event received an ‘Excellent’ rating (our highest) by the organizer at Alcon who left the following review “Absolutely wonderful company from the moment they first picked up the phone until the after sales service, nothing was too much for them, I really can’t rate them highly enough for hosting an excellent corporate event”
GrubHub hosts a virtual cocktail masterclass for their summer party
Just Eat (GrubHub) is an online food order and delivery service company with thousands of employees across the world.
- We created a custom virtual cocktail making masterclass for 300 of their team.
- To account for the team’s busy schedules and to maximize attendance this event was split into 6 sessions over summer.
- Attendees were able to choose between making alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails to ensure this event was accessible for all
- The event received an ‘Excellent’ rating (our highest) by the organizer at Just Eat.
