By giving your guests the ability to choose their own experience, not only will you cater for everyone’s personal tastes, but you also maximize attendance. On average, our multi-experience format events increase attendance by +20%! A multi-experience event format means that you can give your guests the choice of which experience to take part in. You can choose to offer between 2-6 experiences to your guests.

The sample set package below is a combination which works well for virtual experiences, giving a wide range of different experiences for your guests to choose from!
1) Cocktail Making – £55pp +VAT (includes UK delivery):
Make three cocktails in this interactive masterclass where you get to pick the cocktails you make. Hosted live, by an award winning master mixologist, all ingredients are shipped to individuals in a premium gift packaged event pack. (Note this experience can work as a non-alcoholic and alcoholic experience, with the focus around the ‘skill of mixology’).
2) Canvas Painting – £32pp + VAT (inc UK delivery)
Enjoy a private online painting workshop hosted by wonderful, talented artists to create your own masterpiece. Full painting kit delivered with participants only needing a laptop/phone to take part.
3) Chocolate Tasting– £56pp +VAT (includes UK delivery):
The ultimate online chocolate tasting class, where led by a master chocolatier you’ll be taken on a global tasting tour, including trying ‘the world’s best chocolate!’ Each attendee will receive a ‘library’ of 8 different chocolates to taste. You’ll learn how to taste chocolate, to enhance its flavour and savour the complexity and different taste notes.

–> The experience will start with everyone all together and an Avva representative will provide a short introduction, this is also a great opportunity for someone from your company to provide an intro if they wish!
–> Attendees will then be split into different rooms by our event technicians based on the experience they chosen to enjoy
–> Attendees will then enter their experience rooms and will be welcomed by their event host, who will introduce themselves and the experience, ensuring everyone is comfortable and ready to begin!
–> Once all of the experiences have finished you are welcome to stay on the call and socialise with your guests
