This hands-on corporate team building workshop uses LEGO as a powerful tool to unlock communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Hosted by experienced facilitators, participants will take part in a series of structured challenges designed to bring teams together in a relaxed and interactive environment.

You can choose from our classic workshop format or opt for a fully customised experience, with bespoke LEGO challenges designed around your event theme, business objectives, or key messaging. This makes the workshop ideal for conferences, leadership sessions, brand activations, and team away days.

In the classic format, participants take part in four carefully designed rounds, combining individual creativity with team-based collaboration. Each challenge is designed to encourage communication, build trust, and create shared experiences across your team.

Teams will take on the following challenges:

• 🌴 Icebreaker Holiday Round – Individually build something that represents your favourite holiday or destination
• 🏗️ Tower Challenge – Work in teams to build the tallest and most stable structure within a time limit
• 🔤 Word Challenge – Collaborate to create letters and form a word, testing communication and coordination
• 🐾 Animal Challenge – Individually build the animal you’d most like to be, encouraging creativity and expression

This fully mobile office team building workshop includes all LEGO materials and equipment, making it easy to deliver in any office or venue. Ideal for corporate team building events, conferences, team away days, and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Welcome and Introduction: Guests are greeted on-site by your host, who introduces the experience and explains the format.
–> Icebreaker Round – “Holiday Build”: Participants complete an individual creative challenge to get started.
–> Team Challenge – “Tower Build”: Teams collaborate to build the tallest and most stable structure.
–> Team Challenge – “Word Challenge”: Teams work together to create letters and complete the task.
–> Final Individual Challenge – “Animal Build”: Participants complete a final creative build.
–> Final Wrap-Up: The host reviews builds, highlights key moments, and brings the session to a close.

• Q: What is included in your experience? A: Your experience includes professional facilitators, full workshop delivery, all LEGO materials, all challenges and content, set up and breakdown, and full event support.
• Q: What is not included in your experience? A: Venue, furniture, and any additional AV equipment (if required) are not included as standard, but we’re happy to advise based on your space.
• Q: What are the venue requirements? A: Your venue will need sufficient table space for LEGO building activities, with each participant requiring approximately a dinner place setting’s worth of space, as well as enough room for teams to work comfortably together.
• Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup typically takes between 30–60 minutes depending on the size of the event.
• Q: How long does breakdown take? A: Breakdown usually takes between 30–60 minutes following the session.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
