Looking for a Traitors-style team building experience? Welcome to The Traitorous Team Building Challenge, an immersive 90-minute in-person game show where suspicion, deception, and teamwork collide.

Inspired by the suspense, strategy, and social deduction made famous by hit TV competition shows, this independently created corporate experience transports your team to the mysterious world of Ravenscroft Castle, where trust is fragile and betrayal could come from anyone.

Hosted live by Lord Ravenscroft, your group is divided into teams of 6-12 players. But there’s a problem. Hidden within every team is a secret Deceiver whose mission is to subtly sabotage their teammates while avoiding detection.

The remaining players, known as Truthseekers, must work together across four castle-themed missions testing memory, logic, observation, and communication. Every answer matters, but so does every suspicious comment, unusual suggestion, and questionable decision.

Your Missions Include:

• 🏰 Secrets of Ravenscroft Castle: Study a detailed animated castle scene before answering observation-based questions about the hidden characters, symbols, and suspicious activity you spotted.
• 🍷 The Poisoned Chalice Challenge: Solve increasingly difficult medieval logic puzzles to determine which poisoned chalice fills first.
• 🛡️ Armoury Lockdown: Analyse family colours, crests, and symbols to identify which castle shields have secretly been forged.
• 🔐 The Castle Vault: Crack a physical combination lock to unlock your team’s sealed Accusation Card ahead of the final reveal.

Between missions, teams gather for three dramatic Round Table discussions, where players debate suspicious behaviour, question one another, and gradually build their case against the suspected Deceiver within their team.

During the dramatic finale, each team makes its official accusation before the hidden Deceivers reveal themselves. Bonus points are awarded for successful deductions and undetected deception before the final leaderboard determines whether the Truthseekers or Deceivers have triumphed.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Welcome & Introduction: Meet Lord Ravenscroft, learn the rules, and discover the battle between the Truthseekers and the hidden Deceivers.
–> Secret Deceivers & Team Setup: One hidden Deceiver is secretly assigned within each team before players choose team names and appoint a spokesperson.
–> Missions 1 & 2: Complete the first two castle-themed missions before gathering for Round Table Discussions 1 & 2 to debate suspicious behaviour and build your case.
–> Midway Scoreboard: Review the live leaderboard before the investigation continues.
–> Missions 3 & 4: Tackle the remaining challenges before unlocking your team’s final accusation.
–> Final Round Table: Hold your final discussion before officially accusing the player you believe is your team’s hidden Deceiver.
–> Deceivers Revealed & Winners Announced: The hidden Deceivers reveal themselves before bonus points are awarded and the winning Truthseeker team or Deceiver team is crowned.

• Q: What group sizes can take part? A: The experience is designed for groups of 10-500 people, with attendees typically seated in teams of 6-12 players.
• Q: How are the Deceivers selected? A: One player in each team is secretly selected as the Deceiver at the beginning of the experience. Their identity remains hidden until the dramatic final reveal.
• Q: What is included in your experience? A: Your experience includes a professional game show host, event technicians, full AV setup (speaker, microphone, projector), portable game show studio, answer platform, all game content, puzzles and props, set up and breakdown, and full booking support.
• Q: What is not included in your experience? A: Venue, furniture, and staging (if required) are not included as standard, but we’re happy to advise based on your event.
• Q: What are the venue requirements? A: Your venue will need access to power, reliable Wi-Fi, tables and seating for teams, and a layout where all participants have a clear view of the host and projector screen.
• Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup typically takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the event.
• Q: How long does breakdown take? A: Breakdown usually takes between 30-60 minutes following the event.
• Q: Can this be played during dinner? A: Yes, this experience can be seamlessly delivered alongside a meal, with missions and Round Table discussions split between courses to maintain flow and engagement.

A: No. The Traitorous Team Building Challenge is an independently created corporate experience inspired by the wider social deduction and deception game genre.
