Hosted by a live high-energy quiz master, you’ll be guided through various immersive quiz rounds, including:

• The Music Round
• Back To School
• The Line Up
• Sounds Of Nature

Depending on your group size, you’ll play in teams of sizes 3-8, which can either be chosen by you or randomised. On each round, you’ll play for points to see who’ll be crowned the trivia champions!

This is an inclusive trivia experience with rounds designed for all quizzing abilities.

For those wishing to personalise their experience, we can create a custom trivia round based around your company or any topic that you choose. (Pricing below).

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy quiz host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+, teams will be randomly assigned.)
–> The quiz will then begin, with you taking part in 5 different rounds of trivia.
–> After each round, we will update you on the scores.
–> At the end of the virtual team trivia quiz, the winning team will be announced.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We run this online trivia quiz on our own event link as standard and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer, we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live quiz master host. Depending on the size of your event, there will also be 1-5 Avva Event Technicians running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: No, your guests just turn up and enjoy the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Yes, we design the content of our game shows to be suitable for global audiences.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: For groups under 50, teams can either be random or selected by you. For groups over 50, this is done randomly.
• Q: Can we customise the quiz content? A: Sure thing! At Avva Experience, we offer different custom trivia rounds tailored to your company, industry, or any topic of your choice. 
• Q: How many people can participate? A: This online trivia quiz can accommodate small teams of 1-10 participants or large groups of up to 500+. For larger groups, we can also discuss bespoke arrangements.
• Q: What kind of rounds are included? A: Typical rounds include General Knowledge, Music, Back To School, The Line Up, and Sounds of Nature. (Custom rounds are also available.)
• Q: Do participants need special equipment? A: All participants of this online event just need a device with internet access and a web browser. No special equipment is required.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
