Get ready for the Ultimate Black History Virtual Team Trivia Quiz, an engaging and educational team building experience designed to celebrate the achievements, culture, and impact of Black history.

Hosted by a lively quiz master, participants will compete in teams while taking part in a range of interactive trivia rounds covering influential figures, historical moments, music, culture, and iconic voices from across the Black community.

Throughout the experience, your host will guide guests through a series of dynamic rounds designed to be fun, educational, and accessible for all knowledge levels.

Featured rounds include:

• The Black History General Knowledge Round – Test your knowledge of important historical events, influential figures, and key milestones in Black history.
• The Black Icons Music Round – Identify legendary artists and songs that shaped music history.
• The Who’s Who Round – Recognise iconic leaders, activists, athletes, and cultural figures.
• Back To Black History – A deep dive into historic moments and groundbreaking achievements.
• Voices Of Black Leaders – Identify powerful quotes and speeches from influential voices throughout history.

Depending on your group size, participants will compete in teams of 3–8 people, either pre-assigned by your organisation or randomly allocated by the host. Each round earns points as teams compete to see who will ultimately be crowned the Black History trivia champions.

This inclusive and educational virtual Black History trivia experience is designed for all quiz abilities and makes a perfect activity for Black History Month events, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and team building celebrations.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join via video conference and are welcomed by your high-energy quiz host, who introduces the experience and explains the rules.
–> Participants are split into teams of 3–8 people. Teams can be pre-selected or randomly assigned. (For groups of 50+ teams will be randomly assigned.)
–> The quiz begins with five exciting rounds of Black History trivia.
–> Scores are updated after each round to keep the competition lively.
–> At the end of the quiz, the winning team is announced and crowned the trivia champions.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual Black History trivia quiz on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meet & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual Black History quiz, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual team building event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our Black History quiz online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customisation.
• Q: Can we change the length of the experience? A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes as required.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +£27pp. These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
