A Virtual Spring Origami Workshop

Welcome the new season with this light, playful and hands-on Virtual Spring Origami Workshop. Designed to celebrate renewal, nature and creativity, this interactive session guides participants through a series of charming spring-inspired paper creations.

For our 60-minute experience, guests create a Swan, Butterfly, Spring Basket with handle, Bunny Rabbit, Origami Dove, and a Tulip with Stem — offering a balanced mix of decorative and practical designs.

Our 30-minute experience includes a Swan, Butterfly, and a Spring Basket (with handle), making it a shorter but equally uplifting seasonal activity.

A highlight of the session is the practical Spring Basket, perfect for small treats or desk décor — though we’ll leave it to you to supply the chocolates (origami is impressive, but it doesn’t taste quite as good).

Participants can join using standard A4 paper or square paper from home, or enhance the experience with a professionally curated origami kit delivered directly to their doors. Suitable for all skill levels, this workshop blends creativity and mindfulness in a way that feels refreshing and energising — just like spring itself.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join via video conference (e.g. Zoom) and are welcomed by an expert origami host.
–> Introduction to origami, seasonal themes, and the mindfulness benefits of paper folding.
–> Step-by-step folding of selected spring-inspired models based on chosen event length.
–> Highlight activity: participants create their Spring Basket with handle.
–> Guests share their creations in a fun and interactive showcase moment.
–> Optional folding tips, seasonal insights, and live Q&A.
–> Cheerful farewell to celebrate the start of spring.

–> Optional Premium Origami Kits: +£20pp (+VAT) inc UK delivery
–> Includes: x30 sheets of paper in a range of colours.  2x additional printed origami instructions to fold after the session. Blank card, envelope and sticky fixes so you are able to send your creations to others!

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the Virtual Spring Origami Workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the Virtual Spring Origami Workshop, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this Virtual Spring Origami Workshop is hosted by a live expert origami instructor. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our spring origami workshop online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees only require around 8–12 sheets of A4 paper (or square paper) from around the house to take part, depending on the chosen event length.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for drinks & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +£27pp + VAT (inc UK delivery). Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
