These packs will include equipment and/or ingredients needed to take part in the virtual experience.


What are virtual experiences with deliveries?

Virtual experiences with deliveries are online activities or experiences that include the delivery of packs or kits to attendees ahead of the virtual event. This is opposed to virtual experiences without delivery which don’t need kits delivering. 

The kits or packs are usually sent individually to event attendees at their chosen address. But, bulk shipments of kits can also be sent to offices if that is preferred. Unless otherwise requested, kits will usually arrive with attendees 3-4 days prior to the virtual event. 

The contents of these kits vary by experience, but usually contain the necessary ingredients or equipment needed to take part in an experience. Examples of these experiences include our Virtual Cocktail Masterclass, Virtual Candle Making, Virtual Painting Workshop and Virtual Terrarium Workshop.

How do I book a virtual experience with delivery?

To book a virtual experience with delivery, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about. 

Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed, our team will book your time slot. At this point most people won’t know the exact number of attendees for their event, in which case we initially take a deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit can be paid via credit card or transfer / invoice. 

We’ll then provide you with a deadline to provide final numbers and attendee addresses (via an Excel template that we’ll send you) at which point we will charge you for the balance as required. This deadline is usually 2-weeks before the event, but it may be longer for very large and international events.
