The Ultimate LEGO Virtual Team Building Holiday Season Challenge

Get ready for the ultimate LEGO team-building virtual holiday season experience!

Your live host will guide you through four different festive-themed rounds that will get your creative and competitive juices flowing. Two challenges will be done as individuals as you’re tasked with creating LEGO builds to showcase your team’s personalities. You’ll also take part in two competitive team challenges, where you’ll have to work together in timed break-out rooms.

This fantastically fun festive experience has been designed to facilitate team bonding and improve communication between team members.

The four challenges are as follows. Or, we can design a custom challenge around your team’s requirements.

• The Icebreaker Gift Round: As individuals, you’ll need to build in LEGO the greatest gift you’ve ever received.
• The Star Tower Challenge: In this team challenge you’ll have a set time to build the tallest tower possible. The team with the tallest average tower height wins!
• The Winter Wonderland Word Challenge: In this second team challenge your team will need to create letters of our festive word of the month (harder than it sounds). Communication is the name of the game in this challenge!
• The Achievement Challenge: For this final individual challenge, you’ll be tasked with building an item that best represents the achievement you’re most proud of from the past year.

Attendees can either take part with their own LEGO, or brick kits can be sent out to attendees ahead of their session. They can then keep these kits to enjoy for any LEGO building they’d like to do in the future.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the format.
–> The first individual challenge will be our “Icebreaker Gift Round.”
–> You’ll then move on to our first team challenge, working in breakout rooms you’ll take part in our “Star Tower Building Challenge”
–> The third challenge is “The Winter Wonderland Word Challenge” as you once again compete in your teams.
–> For the final round, you’ll enjoy “The Achievement Challenge.”
–> At the end our host will run through the final team scores before the session comes to an end.
