The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
High performance is not about working longer hours—it’s about working smarter and recovering effectively. This session explores how energy, focus, and recovery work together to drive performance, helping participants build sustainable habits that support both productivity and wellbeing.
Drawing on leading research including Loehr & Schwartz’s energy management model and Csikszentmihalyi’s flow theory, participants will learn how to optimise their working patterns and create conditions for peak performance.
