The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
Designed specifically for those who are short on time or skeptical about mindfulness, this workshop focuses on practical, evidence-based techniques rather than abstract theory. Participants will learn not just how to practise mindfulness, but why it works—drawing on research including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and cognitive science around attention and stress.
