The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
In modern workplaces, pressure is constant—from deadlines and workload demands to difficult conversations and high-stakes decisions. Without the right tools, these moments can negatively impact performance and wellbeing. This workshop helps participants build awareness of their stress responses and develop techniques to stay grounded and in control.
Grounded in neuroscience, including concepts such as amygdala hijacking, cognitive reappraisal, and tactical breathing techniques, this session focuses on practical tools that can be applied immediately in real workplace situations.
