Delivered directly to your office, conference venue, or chosen location anywhere in the UK, this fully mobile experience includes complete set-up and pack-down handled by our team.

Hosted live by a professional artist, the workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all abilities, with no previous artistic experience required. Guests are guided step-by-step throughout the session while enjoying a relaxed and social atmosphere that encourages conversation and collaboration.

One participant takes on the role of “Design Lead,” helping sketch the larger artwork layout across the canvases before the group begins painting their individual sections. As the session progresses, the artist circulates throughout offering support, tips, and finishing touches where required.

There’s no strict maximum group size, although we typically recommend groups of up to 9 participants per artwork for the best results. Larger groups can create multiple collaborative masterpieces simultaneously depending on your venue and event requirements.

• Q: Is this a messy experience? A: No. We provide aprons and protective table covers, use acrylic paints, and handle all clean-up afterwards. The experience is designed to be office- and venue-friendly.

• Q: What are the venue requirements? A: Your venue will need access to power, tables and chairs for attendees, suitable space for easels and painting stations, and good lighting. Wi-Fi is not required.
• Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup typically takes approximately 60 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the event.
• Q: How long does breakdown take? A: Breakdown usually takes between 30–60 minutes following the event.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
