Bring your team together with The Christmas LEGO Team Building Challenge, a fun and interactive festive experience designed to strengthen teamwork, creativity, and communication. Perfect for office Christmas parties, festive team building events, employee celebrations, and company socials, this hands-on activity combines individual creativity with friendly team competition.

Hosted by our experienced facilitators, you’ll take part in four or five Christmas-themed LEGO challenges, with a mixture of individual and team-based activities. Some rounds encourage creativity and personal storytelling, while others challenge your team to work together under time pressure to complete festive building tasks.

For our standard experience, you’ll enjoy four engaging LEGO challenges. If you choose our 90-minute format, we’ll also include a surprise fifth bonus challenge to keep the competition going and finish the experience with an extra festive twist.

Challenges include:

• 🎁 The Icebreaker Gift Challenge: As an individual, build the greatest Christmas gift you’ve ever received using LEGO before sharing your creation with the group.
• ⭐ The Star Tower Challenge: Working as a team, you’ll race against the clock to construct the tallest LEGO tower possible. Bonus points are awarded for successfully placing a star on top of your festive creation.
• ❄️ The Winter Wonderland Word Challenge: Communication is everything in this collaborative challenge as your team works together to build letters and spell the festive word of the round using LEGO bricks.
• 🏆 The Achievement Challenge: Finish the experience by creating a LEGO model representing the achievement you’re most proud of from the past year before sharing your story with the rest of the group.

Throughout the experience, teams will earn points across each challenge before one team is crowned the Christmas LEGO Team Building Champions.

Using thousands of colourful LEGO bricks, this engaging Christmas team building activity is suitable for all experience levels and can be delivered at your office or chosen venue anywhere in the UK.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the format.
–> The experience begins with the Icebreaker Gift Challenge, where everyone creates and shares their favourite Christmas gift in LEGO.
–> You’ll then move into teams for the Star Tower Challenge, racing to build the tallest festive tower.
–> Next comes the Winter Wonderland Word Challenge, where teamwork and communication are essential to complete the festive word.
–> The experience concludes with the individual Achievement Challenge, celebrating successes from the past year through LEGO.
–> For 90-minute sessions, you’ll also take on a surprise fifth bonus challenge before the final scores are revealed.
–> At the end, the final scores are revealed and the Christmas LEGO Team Building Champions are announced.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
