The Heist! The Ultimate Team Building Escape Room Challenge

Bring your team together with The Heist, a thrilling in-person escape room team building activity designed to energise groups through collaboration, problem-solving, and immersive gameplay.

Part escape room and part live-action challenge, this fully facilitated corporate team building experience transforms your venue into the scene of a high-stakes art heist. Hosted by live actors, participants take on the role of elite operatives working together to retrieve a stolen masterpiece.

Working in teams of 3–12, players must break into Gustaf Grimmler’s compound, solve a series of puzzles, and recover the priceless “Raging Storm” painting before time runs out. Communication, quick thinking, and teamwork are essential to success.

Teams will take on the following challenges:

The “Heist” Storyline…

The priceless “Raging Storm” painting has been stolen by infamous art thief Gustaf Grimmler.

Your team has been recruited by the museum to join Sammy Ocean’s crew and infiltrate Grimmler’s compound. Your mission is to solve his puzzles, overcome security measures, and recover the painting before it’s too late.

The clock is ticking.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Welcome and Introduction: Guests are greeted on-site by Sammy Ocean and Watchtower, who introduce the mission and explain the rules.
–> Team Setup: Participants are split into teams of 3–12 and briefed on their objectives.
–> Mission Rounds: Teams work through a series of escape room-style challenges, solving puzzles and unlocking clues.
–> Score Updates: Points are awarded throughout as teams progress through the heist.
–> Final Challenge: Teams attempt to complete the mission and retrieve the painting.
–> Winners Announced: Results are revealed and the top-performing team is crowned.
