The Ultimate Team Building Sports Day

Led by professional facilitators, teams compete across a range of activities inspired by traditional sports days, with a modern corporate twist. This corporate sports day experience is designed to be inclusive, ensuring everyone can participate regardless of fitness level or ability.

Participants are split into teams and compete in a tournament-style format, earning points throughout the event. With live scoring, energetic hosting, and a variety of challenges, this team building sports day keeps engagement high from start to finish.

Teams will take part in a mix of nostalgic and interactive challenges, including:

• 🏃 Egg & Spoon Relay – A classic race with a fun team-based twist
• 🥾 Welly Wanging – Test your throwing skills in this iconic British challenge
• 🪣 Sack Race Relay – A childhood favourite, reimagined for adults
• 🌊 Cross The River – Work together using planks to navigate across without “falling in”
• 🏅 Legendary Long Jump – A dynamic relay-style jumping challenge
• 🎯 Corn Hole Hot Shots – Score points by hitting targets with precision
• 💪 Tug of War – The ultimate team showdown to close the competition

At the end of the event, scores are totalled and the top three teams take the podium, with medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

This sports day team building experience can be delivered in a variety of outdoor environments including sports fields, parks, and hotel grounds. Indoor sports halls can also be used where required.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Welcome & Warm Up: Your facilitators welcome the group, provide a briefing, and lead a group warm-up.
–> Team Setup: Participants are split into teams of 4-10 people (pre-assigned or randomised).
–> First Half: Teams compete in Egg & Spoon Relay, Welly Wanging, Sack Race Relay, and Cross The River.
–> Half Time Break: A short break with a live scoreboard update.
–> Second Half: Teams continue with Legendary Long Jump, Corn Hole Hot Shots, and Tug of War.
–> Final Scores & Winners Announced: Scores are revealed and medals awarded to the top teams.

A: Your experience includes professional facilitators, all equipment, medals, AV (if required), a trained first aider, full event management, a dedicated event specialist to support planning and logistics, risk assessments and public liability insurance for up to £10 million.
• Q: What is not included in your experience? A: Venue hire is not included as standard, but we can recommend suitable options depending on your location.
• Q: What space is required? A: We recommend a minimum space of approximately 25m x 25m. Suitable surfaces include grass, astro turf, or all-weather sports surfaces.
• Q: How long does setup take? A: Setup typically takes around 60 minutes prior to the event.
• Q: How long does breakdown take? A: Breakdown usually takes between 30–60 minutes following the event.
• Q: Is this suitable for all fitness levels? A: Yes, this corporate sports day is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all abilities.
• Q: Do you provide a venue? A: For London-based events, we can recommend and book partner venues including parks and pitches. For events outside of London, the venue will need to be arranged separately.
