Choose between painting Frida Khalo, Yayoi Kusama, and Georgia Totto O’Keffe or choose your own inspiring female artists as you paint along in the comfort of your own home with one of our expert artists who’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions–helping you create a beautiful piece of art with plenty of room for your own personalised touches. Best part of it all… you don’t have to be an artist to be creative!
WHO ARE THESE HISTORIC FEMALE ARTISTS?
->Frida Khalo– Was a Mexican painter known for her many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico.
->Yayoi Kusama- Is a Japanese contemporary artist who works primarily in sculpture and installation, but is also active in painting, performance, video art, fashion, poetry, fiction, and other arts.
->Georgia Totto O’Keeffe- Was an American modernist artist. She was known for her paintings of enlarged flowers, New York skyscrapers, and New Mexico landscapes. O’Keeffe has been called the “Mother of American modernism”.
–> An introduction from the host about what you’ll be painting and a chance to get set up and comfortable! You may also wish to do an introduction for your attendees.
–> A step-by-step guide to how to create your masterpiece with plenty of time to chat and ask questions
–> You may like to have a bit of a break if you fancy (can grab yourself a drink and snacks) and a chance for anyone to catch up on perfecting their painting
–> Continue with your paintings following the artist before showing off to the rest of your team!
–> Feel free to stay on and chat for as long as you like once the host has left.
