Get into the Christmas spirit with this festive wreath making workshop!
Get those creative juices flowing in this relaxing and festive workshop. You’ll create a living wreath, made from lots of natural materials, included in your event pack, delivered to your door. The backing will be made from a live carpet moss which acts as a sponge to retain moisture. This will then be layered with a mixture of live and preserved foliage, before being finished with a handle to hang the wreath on your front door.
The session will consist of a live demonstration, as well as plenty of time for questions and group interaction while you’re all making your wreaths! This is the perfect experience to start getting into the Christmas period and hanging a personalised wreath on your door this festive season!
–> An intro from your event host (& you too if you would like!), making sure everyone has their kit ready to start the experience
–> Your host will talk you through the contents of the box and give a brief overview of the steps that you’ll take to create your own personalised wreath
–> Next, you’ll be lead through steps to create your designs, with lots of time to chat with one another and ask as many questions as you would like
–> Once your wreaths are completed, your group can share and compare your creations on screen
–> Feel free to stay on the call to socialise after the experience has finished!
–> Copper wreath ring – 20cm diameter (your wreath will be ~35cm diameter once complete)
–> Sheet of live carpet moss
–> Green foliage – Christmas tree , Scotch Pine Colourful preserved foliage e.g. painted ruscus
–> Preserved and sprayed Asparagus fern in Silver/Gold Gold/Silver
–> Sprayed birch twigs
–> Sprayed pine cones on wire
–> Brown string to hang your wreath
–> A selection of other interesting Gold/Silver sprayed foliage
–> Reel wire
–> Scissors
–> Newspaper / Tablecloth to cover your table throughout the experience (not necessary)
