Squad Game: The Ultimate Virtual Team Bonding Challenge

Welcome to Squad Game, an immersive and thrilling virtual team building experience!

Your company has accepted its invitation to compete in Squad Game, to find out which team is the ultimate squad.

Your event will be hosted by “The Front Man” and assistant guards, who will be your guide, judge and captor.

You’ll compete in teams of 3-8ppl, taking part in 4 different puzzle challenges. These challenges will test your logic, memory, pattern recognition and communication. This means teamwork is the key, making this the ideal virtual team bonding experience.

Your team will earn points for each challenge they successfully complete. But, as this is Squad Game, expect tricks and thrills along the way.

This is a fun, immersive & competitive experience, ideal for team building, team socials, company celebrations and more. The experience can be run for groups sized 4-1,000+ and has content suitable for national and international audiences.

There is no reference of violence, with the experience being designed for a work setting.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your host “The Front Man,” who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned).
–> You’ll then work through 4 rounds of challenges. In each one different puzzles will need to be solved.
–> Each round will follow a similar format where the rules of the challenge are explained to the entire group. You will then be split into breakout rooms to solve the challenge as a team.
–> At the end, the winning team will be announced as the ‘ultimate squad.’

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live host playing the role of The Front Man. Depending on the size of your event there will also be 1-5 Avva Event Technicians running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: No, your guests just turn up and enjoy the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Yes, we design the content of our game shows to be suitable for global audiences.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: For groups under 50 teams can either be random or selected by you. For groups over 50 this is done randomly.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 25% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams discussing and analysing the puzzles. The remaining 75% is spent all together as an entire group.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Is their any violence shown? A: All game content is lighthearted. There is no reference of violence, with the experience being designed for a work setting.

• Full payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
