Discover some fantastic wines and the women behind them with this incredible in-person wine tasting.

We’re proud to work with some incredible female sommeliers and get behind this global movement that celebrates the achievements of women socially, culturally and politically.

Learn all about these wonderful wines, where they’re produced and their unique tasting notes. As you sip and chat through this session, your host will teach you how to taste and evaluate wine whilst also identifying and recognising common faults and issues!

In addition, for those looking for the ultimate masterclass, combine the wine tasting with a selection of cheeses to learn how cheese and wine can complement each other.

You and your guests will come away from this fun masterclass full of knowledge and interesting facts. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and participate through the session and your expert host will answer any of your burning wine questions!

Why Women in Winemaking?

Women in winemaking are rising globally and leading the industry forward producing some of the best wines on the world wine map. From grape stompers to highly qualified wine educators, you’ll discover the significance of these women that have worked in a male-dominated industry. In addition to this, in this session, you’ll be hosted by one of the very best sommeliers in the business. You’ll taste and enjoy handpicked wines that have been grown and produced by vineyards that are female led and owned.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> This is a special tasting all about females in the wine industry. As you tasted your wines you’ll learn all about their background, production and vineyards as well as any other questions you may have!
–> Finish your tastings and have a chance to ask any more wonderful wine questions to your female host

• Breakdown: 1-2 hours depending on event size
