• Q: Can we run the tasting on our own meeting link? A: Absolutely. While we usually provide a secure event link, we are happy to host the tasting on your company’s preferred platform if required.
• Q: Is the event hosted? A: Yes, the online gin tasting is hosted by a professional Gin Expert who will guide guests through each tasting. An Avva Event Technician will also manage the technical side of the event.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for client entertainment or prospecting events? A: Of course. The format can be adapted to suit client hospitality or prospecting events, for example, beginning with a presentation before moving into the gin tasting experience.
• Q: Can attendees choose different tasting kits? A: This live virtual gin tasting experience includes a curated gin tasting kit featuring three premium gins, tonics, and garnishes designed to create the perfect tasting experience for your guests.
• Q: Do you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available to many countries. However, some restrictions may apply depending on local alcohol regulations.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses? A: We request attendee addresses at least two weeks prior to the event to allow sufficient time for packing and shipping.
