Support your team’s wellbeing with a practical and inclusive in-person chair yoga class designed specifically for the workplace. This fully facilitated, on-site experience adapts traditional yoga techniques so they can be performed comfortably in work clothes, either seated or standing beside a chair.
Ideal for corporate teams, this workplace wellbeing workshop focuses on improving posture, reducing tension, and supporting both physical and mental resilience. The emphasis is not on physical performance, but on helping participants feel more energised, focused, and balanced throughout the day.
Each session combines gentle yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body, alongside breathwork, meditation, and visualisation techniques. Participants will leave with simple, practical tools they can use anytime to manage stress, improve mobility, and maintain focus during the working day.
Delivered on-site at your office or chosen venue, this in-person corporate yoga class is ideal for wellbeing programmes, team away days, and workplace wellness initiatives looking to support employee health and performance.
Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minute formats to suit your schedule.
