OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> A high-energy welcome from your live host, setting the tone and introducing the Pride-themed experience
–> Overview of the event format, rules, and how teams will score points throughout the game
–> Teams are created and sent into breakout rooms where applicable
–> A rotating series of LGBTQ+ History & Pride mini-games begins, including trivia, bingo, music, and racing rounds
–> Participants move between all-group gameplay and smaller team challenges to keep energy high
–> Score updates and leaderboard check-ins after each round to fuel friendly competition
–> Final mini-game showdown followed by the winning team reveal and Pride celebration wrap-up

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual pride mini game event on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual mini games, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual team building event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our pride mini games online are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.

• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 75 minutes as required.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for drinks & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +£27pp + VAT (inc UK delivery). Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
