This fully facilitated, on-site experience is designed to help individuals manage stress, protect their energy, and maintain balance during demanding periods. Created by The WorkWell Doctors for Avva Experience, this session combines evidence-based psychology with actionable strategies to support long-term wellbeing and performance.
The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
In today’s fast-paced work environment, resilience is often misunderstood as simply pushing through. This workshop reframes resilience as the ability to adapt, recover, and grow while protecting energy and wellbeing.
Grounded in research including the Job Demands–Resources model, self-compassion theory, and post-traumatic growth psychology, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how stress and burnout develop—and how to respond effectively.

The 60-minute workshop includes guided reflection, practical exercises, and interactive discussion to help participants apply techniques immediately. Participants will leave with a clear Resilience Commitment Plan and tools to support long-term wellbeing and performance.
