At this point, if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice/transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know the final numbers closer to the event date, at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
