This school sports day team building event is designed to bring out your inner child! It’s a blast from the past activity that’s suitable for all abilities.
All the games played during your event are just like you remember (minus the grumpy teachers). So, this is your chance to take part in some competitive sporting activities with the aim of winning medals, prizes, and pride.
During the event you’ll compete in teams, battling it out in 11 of the below listed challenges. The top 4 teams at the end will take part in the 12th game of tug of war, to become the ultimate sports day champions.
-> Warm Up: Teams take part in a 5-10 minute warm up with at least one event coordinator. This will include a mixture of fun activities alongside music from the PA system.
-> Round One: Teams will take part in four challenges to ease them into the event and get the competition going.
-> Short Break: 5-10 min
-> Round Two: Teams will take part in a further four fun games that gradually increase in competitiveness finishing the round with the very popular inflatable sausage game.
-> Short Break: 5-10 min
-> Round Three: Teams will take part in three final fun games that will determine the final standings.
-> Tug of War: Playoff between top four teams to produce 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th.
-> Medal ceremony and presentation.

– Venue
Venue requirements
– A large outdoor space with access to power
– Approximately 25m x 25m, access to power and the surface must be suitable for a sporting activity with no obstacles or uneven ground that could cause injury. The pitch hired must be either grass, Astro, 3G/4G or all weather multipurpose. If you are playing indoors this must be a sports hall and we will need clearance from the sports centre to use the facility.
– If you provide a venue and we are unable to run your activity due to health and safety (above requirements not met) there will be no refund.

– A provisional booking is required to secure a date & time.
– A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event. You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
– We respect your privacy and take it extremely seriously. All personal information relating to your booking is deleted within 7 days of your event taking place.
