In this fun and friendly 90 mins online masterclass, you’ll get hands-on and messy as you learn the secrets behind the best way to bake 2 different types of bread: Ricciole, a type of Italian spiral bread and Ice Cream Bread. You’ll be making your very own loaves by hand, from scratch as well as learning how to knead and prove effectively from an expert baker!
Guided by the wonderful JoJo (the expert baker) you’ll learn all you need to know about making bread and perfecting the ultimate loaf. You’ll learn about the best ingredients, recipes and techniques so when the class is over you can continue to bake at home!
Ingredients must be sourced by participants themselves
Our standard event format:
–> A short introduction from your master baker as they briefly explain your baking masterclass. You may also like to intro your event to your attendees at this point
–> Follow along with the demonstration, in detail, with how to create your first chosen bread and a chance to ask any questions as your host gives you top tips
–> When this one is left to proof, you’ll be able to move onto your next style of bread
–> Once the messy making is out of the way, it’ll be time to bake your breads (a chance to catch up with a drink or two!)
–> When your breads are done you’ll be able to taste test them and virtually enjoy each other’s creations
–> Feel free to carry on socialising with some festive drinks for as long as you like!
