Paint & Craft Virtual Event Host (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Work with the Avva team to create and develop virtual paint and craft experiences, starting with Virtual Canvas Painting and Virtual Ornament Painting.
✔ Write clear, step-by-step scripts and create instructions to be included in the attendee kits.
✔ Host live virtual events for corporate teams of various sizes and skill levels & train new hosts as experiences scale.
Virtual Event Technician (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Manage the technical delivery of our virtual events across all major video conferencing platforms
✔ Run our online quiz software and liasie with event hosts to deliver incredible experiences for our clients
✔ Interact with clients and problem-solve issues as and when they arise
Event Specialist & Administrator (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Manage events from post-sale to completion, coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
✔ Provide an outstanding level of timely customer service to our clients
✔ Manage event logistics such as sending out event links on time, coordinating deliveries to clients and more
Virtual Event Host (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Host a range of virtual events, including Game Shows, Quizzes, Murder Mysteries, and Escape Rooms
✔ Perform in character across various immersive experience types
✔ Represent Avva with confidence and charisma, ensuring clients feel valued and supported
Virtual Cocktail Class Host (Freelance / Contractor)
✔ Host live, interactive virtual cocktail-making classes from classic cocktail making to cocktail bingo and cocktail game shows
✔ Guide participants step-by-step through cocktail recipes, sharing tips, techniques, and fun mixology facts
✔ Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and makes every guest feel included
