Join us for A Virtual Champagne & Sparkling Wine Tasting, a lively and educational online experience that explores the fascinating world of sparkling wines.

Hosted by a knowledgeable wine expert, this online sparkling wine tasting masterclass introduces participants to the different styles, production techniques, and flavour profiles that make sparkling wines so unique.

During the best tasting sparkling wine experience, guests will sample three exceptional sparkling wines representing some of the most celebrated sparkling wine regions in the world. Along the way, your host will explain the traditional and tank fermentation methods used to create bubbles while sharing insights into the heritage and craftsmanship behind each wine.

Participants will learn professional tasting techniques used to identify aromas, acidity, structure, and flavor notes while discovering how different grapes, climates, and production styles influence each bottle.

The sparkling wine virtual tasting includes three full bottles of sparkling wine so participants can enjoy the wines during the experience and afterward.

Guests are encouraged to ask questions, share tasting notes, and enjoy lively discussion throughout the session.

–> Interactive discussion with opportunities for guests to ask questions and share tasting notes.
–> Final reflections and optional social time for continued conversation and enjoyment.

SPARKLING WINE TASTING KIT CONTENTS:

Participants will receive a curated virtual champagne tasting kit delivered ahead of the event containing:

–> 1 x Champagne, e.g. Bernard Remy Brut “Carte Blanche” NV (Full Bottle)
–> 1 x Cava, e.g. Brut Valdeorite (Full Bottle)
–> 1 x Prosecco, e.g. Superiore, Contrada Granda Brut (Full Bottle)

• Q: What platform is this virtual champagne tasting run on? A: We typically run our virtual champagne tasting on Zoom to ensure an easy and interactive experience. However, we can also accommodate MS Teams, Google Meets or Webex depending on your organisation’s preference.
• Q: Can we run the tasting on our own meeting link? A: Absolutely. While we usually provide a secure event link, we are happy to host the tasting on your company’s preferred platform if required.
• Q: Is the event hosted? A: Yes, the online sparkling wine tasting is hosted by a professional wine expert who will guide guests through each tasting. An Avva Event Technician will also manage the technical side of the event.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for client entertainment or prospecting events? A: Of course. The format can be adapted to suit client hospitality or prospecting events, for example beginning with a presentation before moving into the champagne tasting experience.
• Q: Can we add food pairings to the tasting? A: Yes, optional cheese pairings and bar snacks can be added to enhance the experience. Please contact us for details and pricing.
• Q: Do you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available to many countries. However, some restrictions may apply depending on local alcohol regulations.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses? A: We request attendee addresses at least two weeks prior to the event to allow sufficient time for packing and shipping.
