Enjoy a mindful and inspiring online yoga class, aimed to relax and rejuvenate your group.

In a 60 or 30 mins online yoga session, your instructor will provide step-by-step instructions making this experience perfect for any ability.

In your Desk Mobility/Posture Yoga session,  you’ll focus on opening your shoulders, lengthening your spine and creating room in your hips, this is the perfect class for those who spend more time sitting at a desk.

Each class will be tailored to your group’s needs and goals, meaning each session is suitable for every ability. Specifically designed for teams working remotely, these sessions will be a relaxing break from your desk as well as a chance to slow down and stretch your muscles.

Sessions will be hosted by Natasha Cornish an international yoga instructor who combines an open and relaxed teaching style with a passion for movement and mindfulness.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

-> Introduction to your host and the session ahead
-> Start off with breathwork and bringing your attention to your body and detach from the past and future
-> You’ll be taken step-by-step through the specific class movements
-> End with breathwork and bring your awareness back to the present
