A Virtual Halloween Pumpkin Carving Workshop

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join the virtual session and are welcomed by your host, with the option for an introduction from your team.
–> Your host demonstrates safe carving techniques and shares creative design ideas.
–> Participants carve their own pumpkins with guidance and tips throughout the session.
–> Interactive support and encouragement as guests create their unique jack o lantern designs.
–> A fun show and tell where everyone reveals their finished pumpkins.
–> The session concludes with a pumpkin soup recipe to use leftover pumpkin flesh.

MATERIALS ATTENDEES REQUIRE:

–> A candle & a bag to carry the pumpkin flesh are optional but useful

• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual pumpkin carving workshop, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual jack o lantern making workshop is hosted by a live expert who will guide your group through the carving process. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.

• Q: Do you provide materials? A: No, this is a BYO experience. Attendees will need to source their own pumpkin and basic carving tools.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
