Hosted live by an experienced and welcoming instructor, this 90 minute session teaches you how to create egg-based pasta dough, roll it out (by hand or with a pasta machine), and cut it into spaghetti-style ribbons. Alongside the pasta, guests will make a flavorful sauce from fire-roasted tomatoes, garlic, olives, oregano, and olive oil—building confidence in the kitchen and satisfying appetites at the same time.
The class is designed for all experience levels, whether you’re a first-time pasta maker or just in it for the sauce. Your host will keep things light and engaging, sharing helpful techniques, pasta history, and fun food discussions as the dough rests and the water boils.
Ingredient kits can be delivered to attendees’ doors or booked as a BYO experience, where guests supply their own items. This class supports vegetarian and dairy-free diets (vegan and gluten-free options are not available due to the use of eggs and flour consistency).

–> Dough is rolled out using a pasta machine or rolling pin, then cut into ribbons using either a spaghetti setting or knife technique.
–> Pasta is cooked in boiling salted water while the sauce simmers with garlic, tomatoes, olives, oregano, and optional pasta water for richness.
–> The pasta is tossed into the sauce just before serving—guests can plate their dish and admire their handmade creation.
