Before the event, every participant receives a complete Christmas decoration painting kit delivered directly to their door. During the live session, your artist demonstrates each design while teaching the techniques for creating beautiful hand-painted festive decorations, providing plenty of tips, encouragement, and opportunities to personalise every decoration.

Choose between two festive collections:

• 🎄 Fun & Modern Collection: Perfect for teams looking for playful festive designs including a Penguin, Gingerbread Man, Christmas Lights, Snow Globe, Wrapped Presents, and Starry Sky.
• ✨ Traditional Collection: Inspired by timeless Christmas décor featuring Holly, Christmas Bell, Snowflake, Pine Cone, Festive Wreath (which can be personalised with your own message), and a Traditional Christmas Star.

Choose the workshop format that best suits your event:

• 🕒 60-Minute Workshop: Create and paint 4 decorations live, with 2 additional Christmas decorations to complete in your own time using the same techniques learned during the session.
• 🕒 90-Minute Workshop: Create and paint all 6 Christmas decorations live with plenty of time to add extra details and personalise each design.

No previous painting experience is required. The workshop is designed for all abilities and focuses on creativity, relaxation, and enjoying the experience together.

Guests are welcome to bring their own festive drinks and snacks, or optional food and drink deliveries can be arranged separately for your team.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join the virtual session and are welcomed by your live artist host.
–> Your artist introduces the workshop, demonstrates the materials, and explains the decoration painting techniques.
–> Guests begin creating and painting their chosen decoration collection with live step-by-step instruction throughout the workshop.
–> Your host shares painting tips, creative ideas, and plenty of encouragement while guests personalise their decorations.
–> Time is provided for questions, finishing touches, and adding hanging string to each decoration.
–> The session concludes with a festive “show and tell” decoration reveal and optional group screenshot.
–> Guests are welcome to stay online and continue socialising after the workshop ends.

• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted live by a professional artist and supported by an Avva Event Technician.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Each kit includes six wooden Christmas decorations, hanging string, premium acrylic paints, brushes, a fine detail brush, paint tray, pencil, and everything needed to complete the workshop.
• Q: Do guests need painting experience? A: No painting experience is required. The workshop is designed for all abilities with full step-by-step guidance provided throughout.
• Q: What decoration collections can we choose from? A: You can choose between our Fun & Modern collection or our Traditional collection. All participants will paint the same collection during your event.
• Q: What’s the difference between the 60-minute and 90-minute workshop? A: During the 60-minute workshop you’ll create and paint 4 decorations live and complete the remaining 2 in your own time. During the 90-minute workshop you’ll create and paint all 6 decorations live with your artist.
• Q: Can guests personalise their decorations? A: Yes. Every guest is encouraged to personalise their Christmas decorations with their own colours, details, and festive touches throughout the workshop.
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for an additional cost.
• Q: How do we send attendee addresses? A: We provide an Excel template for submitting delivery details.
• Q: When do you need attendee addresses? A: Typically 2 weeks before the event. Longer lead times may apply for international deliveries.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
