Before the event, every participant receives a complete ornament painting kit shipped directly to their door. During the live session, your artist demonstrates each design while teaching the techniques for creating beautiful hand-painted holiday ornaments, providing plenty of tips, encouragement, and opportunities to personalize every ornament.

• ✨ Traditional Collection: Inspired by timeless holiday décor featuring Holly, Christmas Bell, Snowflake, Pine Cone, Festive Wreath (which can be personalized with your own message), and a Traditional Christmas Star.

Choose the workshop format that best suits your event:

• 🕒 60-Minute Workshop: Paint 4 ornaments live, with 2 additional ornaments to complete in your own time using the same techniques learned during the session.
• 🕒 90-Minute Workshop: Paint all 6 ornaments live with plenty of time to add extra details and personalize each design.

No previous painting experience is required. The workshop has been designed for all skill levels and focuses on creativity, relaxation, and enjoying the experience together.

Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks, or optional beverage and snack deliveries can be arranged separately for your team.

Ideal for virtual holiday parties, employee appreciation events, remote team building, client events, and end-of-year celebrations, this experience gives every guest beautiful handmade keepsakes they’ll enjoy long after the holidays have finished.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your artist introduces the workshop, demonstrates the materials, and explains the ornament painting techniques.
–> Guests begin painting their chosen ornament collection with live step-by-step instruction throughout the workshop.
–> Your host shares painting tips, creative ideas, and plenty of encouragement while guests personalize their ornaments.
–> Time is provided for questions, finishing touches, and adding hanging strings to each ornament.
–> The session concludes with a festive “show and tell” ornament reveal and optional group screenshot.
–> Guests are welcome to remain online and continue socializing after the workshop ends.

• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted live by a professional artist and supported by an Avva Event Technician.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Each kit includes six wooden ornaments, hanging string, premium acrylic paints, brushes, a fine detail brush, paint tray, pencil, and everything needed to complete the workshop.
• Q: Do guests need painting experience? A: No painting experience is required. The workshop is designed for all skill levels with full step-by-step guidance provided throughout.
• Q: What ornament collections can we choose from? A: You can choose between our Fun & Modern collection or our Traditional collection. All participants will paint the same collection during your event.
• Q: What’s the difference between the 60-minute and 90-minute workshop? A: During the 60-minute workshop you’ll paint 4 ornaments live and complete the remaining 2 in your own time. During the 90-minute workshop you’ll paint all 6 ornaments live with your artist.
• Q: Can guests personalize their ornaments? A: Yes. Throughout the workshop guests are encouraged to add their own creative touches, colors, and personal details to make each ornament unique.
• Q: Can you ship internationally? A: Yes, international shipping is available for an additional cost.
• Q: How do we send attendee addresses? A: We provide an Excel template for submitting shipping details.
• Q: When do you need attendee addresses? A: Typically 2 weeks before the event. Longer lead times may apply for international shipments.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages and snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange optional beverage and snack deliveries from +$59 per person (US delivery included).

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
