Enjoy an incredible evening of bespoke wine tasting where you’ll enjoy a specially selected set of 5 wines.
You’ll be talked through how to smell and taste, fun facts about the wines you’re drinking and have your wine questions you’ve always wanted to ask answered by an expert sommelier!
Inflorescence is an “anti-wine snob zone” specialising in making wine approachable and fun – we encourage you to ask any ‘winey’ questions!
You can choose between a selection of tastings which are there to take you on a virtual journey; to give you an idea of where the wine is made, who has made it, and how it should be enjoyed. For each tasting experience you’ll receive a set of 5 specially chosen bottles of wine, and you’ll be taken through each one by your wine expert and qualified sommelier.
And if you’re really looking for a treat you can include a selection of artisan cheeses (sourced from the famous La Fromagerie in London).
Our standard event format:
–> An introduction to your tasting and your sommelier
–> A quick snapshot of the guests usual choices in wine
–> Using your tasting booklet you’ll go through each wine individually looking at appearance, nose and palate
–> These can be accompanied by different cheeses with your sommelier explaining how pairing works before opening up the discussion to how you find these
–> Finish the session by discussing your favourite wines of the class
–> Continue to enjoy your wines and cheeses and ask your host any questions you may have before they finish. You are more than welcome to continue on your socialising after the event

Option 1: Classic wine tasting, £55pp +VAT (inc. UK delivery)
–> 5 x 100ml wines (mixture of colours) fitting to the season, eg, Spring Wines
Option 2: Explore Wine £80pp +VAT (inc. UK delivery)
–> 1 x 20cl bottle of Champagne
–> 1 x 100ml white wine
–> 1 x 100ml rosé wine
–> 1 x 100ml red wine
–> 1 x 100ml dessert wine
Option 3: Sparkling Wine tasting, £107pp +VAT (inc. UK delivery)
–> A selection of different sparkling wines, exploring the differences in each and the winemaking process
THE CHEESES (OPTIONAL) £34pp + VAT (UK delivery only)
The cheese will be paired with the wine choices and will therefore be dependent on which option is selected.
Normally you’ll receive:
–> A goat’s cheese
–> A soft cheese like Brie or Reblochon
–> A hard cheese like Cheddar or Comté
–> A blue cheese like Roquefort or Gorgonzola
