• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual lockpicking workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual lock picking event, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this lock picking experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials and equipment required to take part in your lock picking workshop. A full itemized list can be provided upon request.
• Q: What materials do we need to provide? A: You don’t need to provide any equipment yourself. Just a clear space to work in. 
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available. Surcharges and restrictions may apply. 
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
