The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
In today’s fast-paced work environment, resilience is often misunderstood as simply pushing through challenges. This corporate wellbeing workshop reframes resilience as the ability to adapt, recover, and grow while protecting energy, boundaries, and long-term wellbeing.
Drawing on research including the Job Demands–Resources model, self-compassion theory, and post-traumatic growth psychology, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how stress and burnout develop—and how to respond effectively.
