Throughout the workshop, participants follow a simple four-step process:

• 🖼️ Step 3 – Collect: Source meaningful images that represent both your goals and the actions needed to achieve them.
• ✨ Step 4 – Build: Create your personalised digital vision board using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or another digital platform, combining your five key goals with supporting imagery and optional motivational words or quotes.

Participants then share their vision boards in breakout rooms, creating accountability, encouraging discussion, and inspiring one another. Before the workshop ends, everyone commits to one action they will take within the next seven days, ensuring they leave with both a completed vision board and a practical plan for moving their goals forward.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual vision board workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run it on MS Teams, Google Meet, and Webex. Some restrictions may apply.
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can. While we typically provide a secure event link, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes. The workshop is hosted live by an expert facilitator who will guide your group through the reflection exercises, goal-setting process, and creation of your digital vision boards. An Avva Event Technician will also manage the technical side of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Q: What type of vision board can we create? A: You can choose between a Personal Vision Board, Professional Vision Board, or a mixed Personal & Professional Vision Board depending on the objectives of your event.
• Q: What do attendees need for the workshop? A: Each attendee will need access to a computer or laptop, a pen and paper, and a digital platform such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or any other programme that allows images to be added to a page.
• Q: Do attendees need a paid Canva account? A: No. Canva’s free version is perfect for this workshop. Participants are also welcome to use PowerPoint, Google Slides, or another suitable programme if preferred.
• Q: Do attendees need to prepare anything before the workshop? A: No preparation is required. We simply recommend having a pen and paper ready, along with access to the digital platform you would like to use for creating your vision board.
