I’m looking to book two or more events at the same time
We offer multi-booking discounts to those who book more than one virtual experience at the same time,
For each event you book at the same time you’ll receive a -$135 discount. So book 2 events at once and receive a -$270 discount, book 3 events and receive a -$405 discount… book 10 events and receive a -$1,350 discount*.

*Discounts apply on bookings of 10+ppl only. Bookings must be made at the same time for discount to be applied.
I’d like employees in my company to book with Avva Experience
Getting your team members and employees to book virtual experiences couldn’t be easier. We know that approval processes and vendor onboarding can vary widely between companies, that’s why we offer a varied and flexible approach to working with companies.
For those ready to get started, your colleagues are welcome to start inquiring for and booking virtual experiences straight away.
For those looking to learn more first, we recommend arranging a call with one of our team to discuss your brief so that a custom proposal can be created. If you decide to start working with us, you’ll be assigned an account manager who will look after all inquiries from your company going forward.
I’d like to add credit to book experiences in the future
If you’ve got a budget for virtual experiences but don’t know what to book yet, you can load credit with us and draw down on this as you book events in the future.
You’re able to do this at an individual / team level or for your entire company.
For those managing a larger department or wider company budget, we can provide you with monthly and quarterly reports on how your budget is being used, including usage, frequency and attendance rates.
