Our standard event format:

–> An intro from your host and master mixologist for the evening about what to expect (and an intro from you if you wish too for your attendees!)
–> Making of your first cocktail with a low down of your chosen spirit and its history
–> Making of your second cocktail with some interesting mixing facts and a plenty of time to ask any of your burning cocktail questions
–> Making of your final cocktail and the chance to ask questions and chat
–> Feel free to stay on the zoom call for as long as you wish

Materials Required At Home:

–> Cocktail shaker – or anything large enough to fit ice, a drink, and have a sealable lid so when you shake it, it doesn’t go flying. A large jar is good for this
A strainer – a sieve will do, or something so you can strain out the drink from the ‘shaker’ like you would water from a pot of boiled pasta
A measure – a measuring jug will do, or a shot glass – recipes are all about proportions of ingredients to each other.
–> A bar spoon, or something long and narrow like a chopstick to stir with
A lemon squeezer
A knife (bread or tomato is best)
A chopping board
A tea towel will also be useful
–> Glasses
–> Miniatures of all spirits required
–> Any juice, fruit, spices, herbs, coffee needed for the class
