A Virtual Tote Bag Painting Party

Gather your team to paint, mix, and have fun in this enjoyable virtual tote bag paint party!

This virtual painting party will allow you and your team to connect and explore your creative sides. Your event will be hosted by a live instructor, who will provide step-by-step guidance.

You can choose from over 100 paintings across different themes. Including seasonal options for Halloween, The Holiday Season & Pride.

Together, you’ll socialize, laugh and finish with a personalized tote bag.

All painting materials are delivered ahead of your event.

Our Standard Event Format:

–> Your event will start with an introduction from the host about what you’ll be creating, your materials and equipment.
–> Painting will then begin. Your live instructor will guide everyone step by step through the painting, checking in and answering questions as they go.
–> Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and chat to fellow attendees throughout the event.
–> Personal touches to paintings will be encouraged. This is a safe and fun space for personal exploration.
–> The session will finish with a “show & tell” by asking everyone to do the grand unveiling of their paintings at the same time.
–> Lastly, your host will take a group photo (screenshot & only if you would like!) of everyone smiling with their artwork, and then send it to you after as another memento.
–> Feel free to stay on the call once the painting party has finished.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials required to make your painted tote bag. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need to provide the following for the workshop: Napkin, Cup of water, Paper plate for mixing paints (optional).
• Q: Can we choose what to paint? A: Yes, you can pick from 100+ options.
• Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
• If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
