In this engaging virtual workshop, you’ll learn to plant your very own winter-themed succulent terrarium. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or a complete beginner, this workshop is designed to guide you through the steps of succulent planting in a fun and relaxed way. Hosted by an expert who’ll guide you step-by-step in this mindful activity.

All materials are delivered ahead of your event, with kits including everything you need to create a breathtaking winter scene with succulents. Picture tiny snow-covered trees, snow flakes, pinecones and more surprise miniatures to set the scene.

The terrariums include a selection of hardy, friendly succulents that add life and color while being incredibly low-maintenance. This means they require minimal attention, so you can enjoy a vibrant oasis without the hassle.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

-> Welcome and unboxing your kit
-> Your host will then introduce your workshop
-> You’ll then get a demo before your host guides you step by step to make your own terrariums
-> Your host will provide some facts and tips as you make your terrariums
-> Towards the end your host will also provide some care tips
-> The event will close with your host answering any final questions

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. Depending on the size of your event there will also be 1-5 Avva Event Technicians running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all plants and materials required to make your winter-themed terrariums. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
• Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. International attendees receive artificial succulents instead of live plants.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
