It’s a snowy, wintery Christmas Eve in Whoville and the whole town has gathered for the annual Holiday Feast! Everyone has arrived, but something is off…the Holiday Cheermeisters have gone missing!
In this fun, light-hearted escape room, you will play the Holiday Cheermeisters that have been taken hostage by the grumpy old Krinch and it’ll be up to you to try and escape from the Krinch’s lair and figure out what’s been causing the Krinch to hate Christmas for all these years.
Can you escape the Krinch’s lair on Mount Crumpit and save Christmas…or will the Krinch’s sinister plan come to fruition?
This is a browser-based activity and requires no downloads or logins. We recommend that all participants join from a computer.
-> The game will start with an intro from your host. You can also provide an intro if you like.
-> We’ll then split everyone up into teams of 5-8 contestants. Teams can be pre-assigned or randomized.
-> We’ll welcome everyone to Whoville at the start of the activity, give you your new holiday costume (a fun virtual background), and then we’ll quickly whisk everyone off to the Krinch’s dungeon (aka their breakout rooms).
-> Teams will be greeted in the dungeon by one of our Hosts, who lead a short ice-breaker and then introduce the activity in detail. Teams will then have 60 minutes to complete their escape.
-> After the time’s up, we’ll close the breakout rooms and bring everyone back for a hilarious awards presentation where we’ll introduce the teams and announce the final results!
